Self-Adjusting Spring-Loaded Finger Holders

The Profero Self-Adjusting Spring-Loaded Finger Holder has been designed for corrugated board manufacturers who do not desire to purchase fingerless single facers at this time.
With this in mind, Profero has designed a self-adjusting finger holder. Its purpose is to improve board quality while utilizing existing capital equipment. The unique movement of the finger holder allows movement of the brass finger in a line perpendicular to the axis of the lower corrugating roll. This movement automatically takes up change in paper caliper during splice sequence and misalignments due to poor setting of the finger.
